Everyone has an island in their mind. Through my collection of uninhabited islands and the exploration of uninhabited islands in literature and real cases, I discovered that people have curiosity and desire to explore the unknown. In modern society, people’s life is under great pressure. They are tired of life, lost themselves, and eager to escape. They hope to pick up their independent personality and find their own ideal world. This project tries to awaken people‘s self consciousness through islands.
